Your Compensation:

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $31.92 - $39.90, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $31.92 - $47.88. What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

Act as the subject matter expert for Treasury Management products, supporting onboarding, configuration, risk assessments, escalations, and ongoing servicing for business members. Conduct periodic reviews and proactive outreach to ensure compliance, member satisfaction, and effective use of treasury services. Contribute to treasury service enhancements by supporting documentation, training materials, reporting, usage analysis, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in treasury management, cash management, or digital banking with a strong operational background in Business Accounts. Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH), Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Wires, Positive Pay, merchant services, online business banking, and fraud-mitigation tools preferred. AAP, NCP, CTP or similar industry certification obtained or willingness to pursue. Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, computer science, or other related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
