TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc has an opening in its Anderson location for a Financial Analyst / Sr. Financial Analyst within the OPE Sales & Channel Finance department. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the end-to-end owner of Promotional Activity (PCE), driving the process from initial analysis through pitch support, execution tracking, post-audits, and post-mortem reviews Lead financial analysis and business case development to support promotional pitches, ensuring recommendations are aligned to revenue / profitability targets Own tracking and reporting on promotional performance, identifying gaps between planned and actual results and driving corrective action Lead post-audit and post-mortem reviews for completed promotions, translating findings into actionable recommendations for future planning Own Month End and Forecast responsibilities for Promo & Markdown, ensuring accurate, timely reporting each cycle Support the creation, governance, and delivery of business tools such as pricing and promotion calculators and approval workflows Requirements/Knowledge Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel Previous SAP and/or HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience is a plus Proficiency in accounting and financial analysis Flexible, self-starter with ability to work independently Detail oriented with strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement Team-oriented with ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional and positive manner Results driven individual with a track record to support Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Project management skills, organized, ability to multitask with careful attention to detail Strong analytical skills Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology 1-3+ years' finance and accounting experience — preferably for a large corporation Experience leading/managing projects highly desired Experience within a global manufacturing organization with multiple reporting units preferred Categories Power Equipment/Team TTI About Us TTI is a world-class leader in design, manufacturing and marketing of Power Tools, Hand Tools, Outdoor Power Equipment, and Floor Care and Appliances for consumers, professional and industrial users in the home improvement, repair and construction industries.
