TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc has an opening in its Anderson, SC location for a Financial Analyst within the Commercial Finance department. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for business unit P&L variance analysis and explanations Drive long-range financial planning for the business, aligning teams around long-term strategic targets Lead financial analysis for new category expansion opportunities, including pro-forma modeling to guide investment decisions Preparation of periodic financial reports and ad hoc analysis to support leadership Development and implementation of new reporting tools to meet growing business demands Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes and propose improvements
Requirements/Knowledge:
Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access Previous SAP and/or HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience is a plus Proficiency in accounting, and financial analysis Flexible, self-starter with ability to work independently Detail oriented with strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement Team-oriented with ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional and positive manner Results driven individual with a track record to support Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Project management skills, organized, ability to multitask with careful attention to detail Strong analytical skills
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology. 1-3+ years' finance and accounting experience - preferably for a large corporation Experience leading/managing projects highly desired Experience within a global manufacturing organization with multiple reporting units preferred Categories Power Equipment/Team TTI
