JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The America's Principle Business Analyst Program is Greystar's two-year rotational program designed for early-career professionals interested in building a career in real estate investment and development. Analysts complete two one-year rotations across different functions, gaining hands-on experience in how Greystar sources, underwrites, finances, develops, and manages real estate investments and developments across the Americas. Throughout the program, analysts build technical expertise, develop a broad understanding of the business, and gain exposure to teams and leaders across the organization. Potential rotations may include acquisitions, portfolio management, credit, development, finance, investor relations, and more. Upon successful completion of the program, analysts transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION
What You'll Do:

Support investment, transaction, and portfolio-related work using the financial models, tools, and processes relevant to your rotation. Develop an understanding of your team's investment strategy, priorities, and role within the broader business. Analyze information, communicate findings clearly, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Take increasing ownership of projects and workstreams as you progress through the program. Translate analysis into clear insights and recommendations while partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field; graduating in Dec. 2026 or Spring 2027. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel. Demonstrated interest in real estate investment, development, or finance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work effectively across teams. Willingness to relocate, if needed, based on rotational placement.

Additional Compensation :

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

Corporate Positions :

In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions :

In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs. Robust Benefits Offered
