Smith Packett, Wessex Capital Investments, and Harmony Senior Services are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst - Financial Systems to join the Information Technology team at its corporate office in beautiful downtown Charleston, SC. The IT Business Analyst - Financial Systems supports financial systems, reporting, and business process improvement across the organization. This role serves as a liaison between Finance, Operations, and IT, helping improve workflows, support business applications, develop reports, and identify opportunities to use technology more effectively.

Preferred experience includes:

Sage Intacct, SAP Concur, Financial Reporting, Workday, Power BI, SQL, and Process Improvement Initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain financial applications including Sage Intacct and related systems. Manage system security, user access, workflows, and configurations. Coordinate testing and deployment of system enhancements. Troubleshoot application issues and work with software vendors on resolutions. Maintain system documentation and procedures.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement:

Gather and document business requirements. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements. Identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency. Support implementation of new systems and technology solutions. Assist with user training and user acceptance testing (UAT). Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Create Power BI reports and data visualizations. Analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making. Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. Data & Integration Support data integrations between business systems. Assist with data conversions, migrations, and system implementations. Develop process documentation and data workflows. Support data governance and reporting standards. Qualifications/Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience supporting business applications, financial systems, reporting, or business analysis functions. Experience with accounting or financial reporting processes. Experience gathering requirements and supporting process improvement initiatives. Sage Intacct, Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel, business process mapping, dashboard development. Why Should You Apply?
