This is a rare opportunity to join a highly active and well-positioned multifamily investment firm. With well over $1 billion in assets under management, the platform combines institutional-scale investment capabilities with the agility and exposure of an entrepreneurial firm.

The Role:

The (Senior) Analyst will work closely with senior members of the Asset Management and investment teams to drive performance across the firm's multifamily portfolio. This is a highly analytical, hands-on role with meaningful responsibility for evaluating property performance, executing asset-level business plans, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, and supporting strategic decisions across the portfolio. The (Senior) Analyst will have direct exposure to senior leadership and will work closely with property management teams and other internal and external partners to identify opportunities to improve operating performance and maximize investment returns.

Own and maintain asset-level financial models, forecasts, valuations, and investment return analyses. Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, underwriting assumptions, and property-level business plans. Partner with property management teams to evaluate performance, identify areas of underperformance, and drive execution of asset-level initiatives. Support annual budgeting and business planning across the portfolio. Analyze market fundamentals, competitive properties, rents, supply pipelines, and other trends impacting asset performance. Evaluate capital projects, refinancing opportunities, hold/sell decisions, and other strategic asset-level initiatives. Prepare portfolio reporting, asset management presentations, investment committee materials, and investor-facing analysis. Support acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and due diligence as needed. Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Analytical Ability:

Strong ability to identify key performance drivers, diagnose variances, and translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations.

Communication:

Comfortable working directly with property management teams, senior leadership, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Travel:

Ability to travel less than 25% of the time to visit properties and markets.

Cultural Fit:

Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working within a close-knit, entrepreneurial environment.
