Senior Finance Analyst

TUTCO Inc, a leading manufacturer of heating elements used in the HVAC and Appliance industry, has an immediate opening for a Senior Financial Analyst at their Cookeville, TN facility. Responsibilities Full financial reporting responsibilities for muptile business units Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and areas for improvement Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Prepare documentation for External and Internal Auditors Recommend ways to reduce costs, enhance revenue, and optimize cash flow Lead various management initiatives and cost accounting projects Requirements Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance Master's degree in accounting preferred. 3-5 years of experience in accounting preferred. Ability to analyze information in an accurate and timely manner. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy required. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Experience with Syteline ERP, a plus.
