Job Description
Financial Analyst - Finance Leadership Track Our client, a rapidly growing infrastructure services company, is seeking a high-performing Financial Analyst to serve as a key partner between Finance and Operations. The individual will work directly with the CFO, senior leadership, and operational leaders to improve business performance and support strategic growth initiatives. The position is intentionally structured as a finance leadership pipeline role, with the opportunity to progress into a senior finance position in the future. Key Responsibilities • Analyze job profitability, cost structures, labor productivity, and operational performance Partner with regional and operational leaders to identify opportunities to improve margins and EBITDA Evaluate project bids, pricing assumptions, cost components, and estimated-versus-actual performance Analyze equipment utilization and ROI, including purchase, lease, rental, deployment, and replacement decisions Build financial models for growth initiatives, new service offerings, capital allocation, and strategic planning Support acquisition analysis, due diligence, and integration tracking Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, breakeven modeling, and variance analysis Partner with Accounting to strengthen financial controls, audit readiness, and reporting discipline Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or MBA preferred Approximately 3-6+ years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or a related industry role Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively challenge and support operational leaders Experience in construction, telecom, utilities, infrastructure, or another project-based environment is a plus Opportunity Highlights Direct exposure to the CFO and senior leadership team Meaningful influence over operational and financial decisions Defined path into senior finance leadership Exposure to M&A, strategic planning, and executive-level reporting Long-term incentive opportunity with a five-to-seven-year vesting structure Opportunity to join a high-growth, acquisition-focused organization during a significant stage of expansion #IND #ZR
