Financial Analyst (Entry Level) A rapidly growing, healthcare-focused organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. This role offers the opportunity to support a high-growth, acquisition-driven business while gaining hands-on exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, and operational partnership across a nationwide platform. Why This Opportunity Stands Out High-growth environment driven by ongoing acquisitions and expansion of physician practices Clear path for growth with strong internal promotions across finance leadership Hands-on exposure to FP&A fundamentals including reporting, budgeting, and business partnering Opportunity to work closely with operations and practice leadership across the country Structured team environment with mentorship from experienced FP&A leaders (VP, Managers, Senior Analysts) Evolution from ad hoc analysis to more structured, insight-driven reporting and decision support What You'll Do Support monthly financial reporting and analytics across multiple business units/practices Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and key performance metrics to identify trends and variances Assist with preparation of monthly operating reports and executive-level commentary Partner with operational and clinical leaders to review performance and provide insights Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process through modeling and analysis Support ad hoc analytics across areas such as operations, growth initiatives, and new acquisitions Assist in preparing presentations and materials for senior leadership Participate in calls with business stakeholders, eventually taking ownership of relationships and reporting What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 1-3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytical roles (public accounting backgrounds considered) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas such as
SUMIFS/XLOOKUP/COUNTIFS
) Exposure to financial modeling, reporting, or budgeting concepts is a plus Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate financial results Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Interest in healthcare or working within a multi-site operational business is a plus
