Portfolio Support Coordinator
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SUNSTRONG MANAGEMENT

The company partners with leading capital providers to optimize clean energy assets at scale, supporting the growth of distributed renewable energy while delivering reliable performance and exceptional customer experience Position Overview The Partner Support Coordinator (PSC) plays a critical operational support role within the O&M organization, ensuring vendors, sites, and portfolios are onboarded efficiently and managed consistently from an administrative, contractual, and process standpoint. This role supports Portfolio Managers and Project Managers by owning vendor onboarding, document control, contract implementation support, and bid coordination—allowing the team to remain focused on performance, risk management, and owner-facing responsibilities. This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role that serves as the operational backbone for partner coordination and documentation accuracy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Vendor & Partner Onboarding Coordinate onboarding of new Field Service Providers (FSPs) and vendors, including collection and validation of required documentation (insurance, certifications, safety programs, compliance items, ACH forms). Coordinate system access and credential setup (CMMS, reporting platforms, document repositories). Distribute standard operating procedures, onboarding guides, and partner expectations. Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for vendor onboarding questions and documentation gaps. Site & Portfolio Onboarding Support Support onboarding of new sites and portfolios into O&M operations by coordinating receipt and organization of site documentation, including as-builts, contracts, warranties, OEM manuals, and interconnection materials. Ensure site data is entered accurately and consistently into internal systems. Support Portfolio Managers during transitions from EPCs, owners, or prior O&M providers. Document Control & Contract Support Maintain centralized and well-organized repositories for: o O&M contracts and exhibits o Vendor agreements and scopes of work o Site-specific documentation and reporting templates Support contract creation and implementation by populating standard templates, tracking execution status, and managing effective dates. Assist with contract amendments, renewals, and documentation updates. Bid Coordination & Review Support Support bid and RFP/RFQ processes by distributing bid packages to approved vendors. Coordinate receipt of bids and support documentation. Organize bid comparison summaries and documentation packages for Portfolio Manager review. Operational & Administrative Support Support Portfolio Managers and Project Managers with vendor communications, follow-ups, and coordination across operations, legal, and finance teams. Track onboarding, contract, and documentation-related action items. Assist with invoice documentation validation and coordination with Accounts Payable, as needed. Process & Continuous Improvement Identify gaps and inefficiencies in onboarding, documentation, and partner processes. Support development and maintenance of standardized templates, checklists, and workflows. Promote consistency and repeatability across portfolios as the organization scales. Qualifications & Experience Required 3+ years of experience in operations support, vendor coordination, project support, or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with external vendors, contractors, or service providers preferred. Familiarity with solar, renewables, or infrastructure operations is a plus but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems. Preferred Exposure to renewable energy, technical fieldwork, or project coordination. Basic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau. Ability to read and interpret single line drawings a plus.
