PointBank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Operations Construction & Real Estate Processor to help manage residential and commercial loans from approval through closing and funding. In this role, you'll partner with loan officers, borrowers, contractors, inspectors, title companies, and attorneys to keep transactions accurate, organized, and moving forward. What You'll Do Process construction and real estate loans. Review files and documentation for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate construction draws and review inspection reports. Track project budgets, progress, and remaining loan funds. Order appraisals, title work, surveys, insurance, and loan documents. Prepare closing packages and book and fund completed loans. Process renewals, extensions, modifications, payoffs, and lien releases. Monitor title policies, insurance, property taxes, and document exceptions. Maintain accurate loan files and follow banking regulations. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED (required) Strong organization and attention to detail. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Loan operations, construction lending, real estate, title, escrow, or banking experience preferred.
