This position collaborates cross-functionally to support purchasing activities, project execution, and the flow of accurate operational information. The role provides centralized support from bid award through project fulfillment while maintaining visibility into projects, purchasing activity, and inventory commitments. This position helps improve project execution, operational visibility, and management decision-making. Key Responsibilities Commercial Procurement Procure products for commercial projects based on project requirements, timelines, inventory, and supplier availability. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage purchasing, availability, backorders, substitutions, and exceptions. Identify and communicate procurement risks and maintain accurate purchasing records. Commercial Project Coordination Support commercial projects from bid award through delivery and completion. Coordinate cross-functionally to track project schedules, purchasing milestones, product availability, and fulfillment needs. Identify and communicate project risks, changes, and exceptions to support timely execution. Data Collection & Reporting Maintain accurate project, purchasing, inventory, and opportunity data in Dynamics 365 and other approved systems. Track key commercial activity and develop recurring reports to provide visibility into projects, purchasing, inventory commitments, and upcoming demand. Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and provide reliable information to support operational and purchasing decisions. All other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management. Commercial construction, appliance, or building-products experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP systems, reporting, or data analysis. Success in This Role Success in this role will be measured by accurate and timely purchasing, reliable project visibility, and early identification of product, inventory, and scheduling risks. The position will also contribute to improved data accuracy, cross-functional coordination, operational reporting, and purchasing and inventory decisions while reducing errors and preventable project delays.
