Full-time, Monday-Friday Work Arrangement:
Onsite initially; hybrid flexibility may be available after training, depending on assignment We are currently hiring Financial Services Operations professionals for contract opportunities supporting a wealth management operations team in South Jordan. These roles are a great fit for candidates with experience in financial services, brokerage operations, wealth management, client service, accounting, or financial operations who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling client and account-related requests. Responsibilities Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include: Researching and resolving account and operational issues Reviewing and maintaining financial account information Supporting gain/loss, cost basis, and tax reporting activities Processing account maintenance requests and manual adjustments Assisting clients, financial advisors, branch teams, and internal departments Supporting inheritance, beneficiary, and asset-transfer requests Communicating with clients by phone and email Processing and following up on paperwork and service requests Researching discrepancies and determining appropriate resolutions Maintaining accurate case and account documentation Following verification, compliance, and operational procedures Managing multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Providing professional and responsive customer service Working independently while collaborating with a larger operations team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or financial operations Strong understanding of financial/accounting concepts Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving and research skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Brokerage or wealth management operations Client service within financial services Gain/loss or cost basis 1099-B reporting Estates and trusts Beneficiary services Retirement accounts Asset transfers and distributions Account opening or maintenance Financial reconciliation Regulatory/compliance procedures Licensing such as Series 7, Series 66, or Series 63/65 is a plus for certain assignments.
