About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor to join Wells Fargo Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices Collect data and prepare related operational reports Prepare input forms for automated data processing system Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties Coordinate projects Furnish information to authorized persons Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
Required Qualifications:
1+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Cash Vault operations and controls Hands-on experience with cash handling and cash vault processes Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications and use search tools to locate information Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to mitigate risk Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and resolve issues efficiently 10-key and high-volume numeric data entry experience Ability to actively listen, ask clarifying questions, and gather complete information Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and reports Ability to meet high production and quality standards Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team; comfortable multitasking Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Monday-Friday (PART-TIME) 8:30 a.m.-2:300 p.m. (or until work is complete); flexibility to work additional hours as business needs require Ability to lift 10+ pounds and perform pulling and lifting tasks as required
