Senior Financial Analyst Salary:
$90,000 to $108,000

Partner directly with senior leadership and business stakeholders to turn financial data into actionable insights. Build financial models and KPI reporting that directly influence business performance. Opportunity to leverage AI, automation, and technology to modernize finance processes and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed financial analysis and build financial models to forecast and evaluate business performance. Develop and maintain KPI reporting packages covering financial and operational metrics such as volume, margin, labor, freight, inventory, productivity, and customer profitability. Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives by providing analysis, insights, and recommendations. Lead financial reviews with business partners, communicating results, explaining key drivers, and constructively challenging assumptions and business cases. Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, data quality, and scalability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related finance role.
