A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support plant operations and serve as a key finance partner for manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations teams. This role focuses on operational finance, cost accounting, inventory analysis, reporting, and delivering insights that improve business performance.

Salary Range:
$100,000-$110,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with plant leadership, supply chain, and operations teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions. Perform operational finance analysis focused on standard costing, tariffs, productivity, overtime, labor efficiency, scrap, absorption, inventory, and gross margin performance. Support monthly close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Prepare financial summaries, analyze P&L, balance sheet, and KPI performance metrics, and communicate insights to leadership through clear financial storytelling. Support budgeting, forecasting, standard cost roll processes, and maintain SKU costing information. Provide financial guidance to non-finance teams, support audits and compliance activities, and identify opportunities to improve reporting through automation and technology.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years of accounting and operational finance experience. Manufacturing finance experience required. Strong cost accounting and standard costing experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills #FO9
