$75,160.02 to $112,740.16 Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. •This position is not eligible for sponsorship

Full-time About the Role Kwik Trip is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support Finance, Accounting, Credit/Treasury, and Enterprise Risk business areas. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to identify opportunities, gather requirements, support projects, and deliver technology solutions that improve business operations. What You'll Do Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, goals, and technology needs. Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution planning efforts. Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional requirements. Coordinate projects and enhancements across business teams, IT groups, and vendors. Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts to support successful project delivery. Support testing, user acceptance, implementation, and post-launch activities. Analyze and troubleshoot system and process issues. Create and maintain clear documentation, training materials, and business process maps. What We're Looking For Associate degree or equivalent education and experience. 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, project coordination, or a related field. Experience gathering requirements and improving business processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Risk functions. Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools. Experience with ERP systems, SaaS applications, APIs, integrations, or reporting platforms.
