Job Description

Description:
The Financial Analyst will work on a range of projects with a diverse scope and great complexity related to Profitability, P&L analysis, Billing method reviews, Sales & Expense analysis, and other finance related activities. Standard process and procedures serve as a foundation for creative problem resolution. Work is performed without significant direction and this position will exercise latitude in determining assignment objectives. Work is reviewed at major milestones and upon completion of projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Calculate monthly commission payments through the development and maintenance of compensation models. Compile and distribute monthly reporting related to Detailed Sales History and Expense Reporting. Prepare and analyze profitability for various segments and verticals of the company. Develop data tools/modeling to improve and increase the efficiency and value of reporting. Provide timely, insightful, actionable, and accurate analysis and recommendations to support company projects and initiatives. Assist in the day-to-day functions including but not limited to identifying general ledger impacts and assisting in month end closing procedure(s). Perform other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
How to qualify: 2+ years in Accounting, Finance, or related field Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
