The Sr. Financial Analyst will serve as a key business partner to the Power Tools Operations leadership team as the organization expands its global manufacturing footprint. This role is responsible for site-level financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic analysis that supports both short- and long-term operational goals. You'll be

through these duties and responsibilities: Provide financial leadership and guidance for Global and Domestic Operations within the Power Tools Business Unit. Analyze monthly results, develop forecasts, and present insights to Finance and Operations leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop initiatives that improve efficiency and productivity. Identify gaps in information or processes and develop tools, models, and reporting solutions to enhance decision-making. Build strong peer relationships with Operations leaders to drive consistent reporting and analytical standards. Champion continuous improvement by identifying and removing non-value-added activities. Manage multiple priorities and processes in a fast-paced environment. Support preparation of the rolling 18-month forecast.
