Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide project financial reporting support and consultation to Project Managers and Business Unit Accountants, helping ensure accurate project performance tracking and financial management Coordinate project setup activities by reviewing contract requirements and accurately establishing projects within the ERP system in accordance with contractual terms, company policies, and accounting standards Maintain a thorough understanding of client-specific standards, processes, and expectations to support accurate invoicing and compliance with client requirements Support project managers by monitoring and analyzing project schedules and budgets Monitor supplier invoices and assist with PO management Process and submit client invoices through a variety of delivery methods, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client requirements Proactively work with Foth project team members to ensure timely billing and receipt of payments within contract terms Process payment vouchers, employee expense reports, and project assignment requests accurately and efficiently Support financial reporting activities by preparing, reviewing, and distributing reports as requested Assist with the development of cost estimates for client proposals and project pursuits. Provide administrative, accounting, and project support services as needed to meet business and project objectivesRequired Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field 3+ years' experience in accounting, including invoicing and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups, etc.) Experience in accounting functions such as accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, month-end or period-end close processes, or financial reportingPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent industry experience Previous experience with Deltek Vantagepoint software, Microsoft project management tools (SharePoint, MS Project), and experience producing and/or assisting with contract preparation Project accounting experience Background supporting project financials in professional services, consulting, engineering, or project-based environment Proficiency using Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools Experience working with large project portfolios and multiple clients All Foth Companies are equal opportunity employers, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
