Join Generac's Corporate Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst - Investor Relations, where you'll help shape the company's story for investors, analysts, and the financial community. In this highly visible role, you'll partner across finance, strategy, and leadership teams to support earnings activities, develop investor communications, deliver market insights, and contribute to long-range strategic planning. You'll play a key role in influencing how Generac communicates its performance, growth strategy, and market position while helping drive continuous improvement in Investor Relations processes and analytics. What You'll Do Investor Relations & Earnings Communications Support quarterly earnings activities through financial analysis, reporting, and development of key messaging. Prepare earnings releases, executive talking points, call scripts, and Q&A materials. Maintain investor relations financial models and analyst consensus tracking. Lead updates to Generac's investor presentation and Board reporting materials. Analyze company performance, industry trends, and key developments to strengthen investor messaging. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights Monitor financial, industry, and macroeconomic trends affecting the business. Evaluate competitor disclosures, market activity, and valuation benchmarks. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders. Track company KPIs and support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis. Investor Engagement & Strategic Planning Coordinate investor conferences, meetings, and other IR events. Serve as a point of contact for investor and analyst inquiries. Partner with leaders across the organization on market assessments, growth initiatives, and long-range planning. Support strategic projects and corporate finance initiatives as needed. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Equity Research, or a related analytical role. Strong financial statement analysis and financial modeling skills. Knowledge of public equity markets and SEC disclosure requirements. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Investor Relations activities for a publicly traded company. Exposure to both Corporate Finance and Investor Relations functions. Experience in power generation, energy technology, or industrial manufacturing. Background working within a global or multi-national organization. Why Join Generac?
