Respond with Compassionate Action We are seeking a Field Finance Coordinator to join our U.S. Rebuild team in Harrison County, West Virginia. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In the role of Field Finance Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ Enter daily purchasing card and petty cash account transactions on the related Serenic import sheets. Submits import sheets monthly for the assigned U.S. Rebuild site. Reviews purchasing card (P-Card) usage reports and provides day-to-day receipt reconciliation of the P-Card program for the assigned U.S. Rebuild site. Collects and submits the vendor request forms and W-9 for new vendor setup. Coordinates with vendors, initiates invoice payment processes per departmental policies, and promptly completes invoice processing within Ministry guidelines. Ensures that invoices and P-Card purchases are accurately coded for expense tracking. Other duties as assigned What are the qualifications? Serve with Excellence As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience: Associate's degree and one (1) to two (2) years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. General knowledge of basic accounting concepts, including budgeting and proper coding, given a chart of accounts. General knowledge of mathematical concepts, including the ability to calculate discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages. What are the benefits?
