TREASURER BATTLE CREEK, NE
The City of Battle Creek is seeking a full-time City Treasurer. This position manages municipal funds, investments, financial reporting, payroll, and utility billing in compliance with Nebraska statutes, working closely with the City Clerk.
Requirements:
23 years of experience in municipal finance, banking, or advanced bookkeeping is preferred. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred (equivalent experience considered). Must be bondable and willing to complete annual state-approved continuing education. Strong computer, financial, and customer service skills required.
