Job Responsibilities:

Working with all corporate, financial Institution and funds and handling the relationships in USA for all forex and derivative business of ICICI Bank. Working with all corporate banking clients in large and mid-market space of the bank for their risk management solutions. Providing full spectrum of products and services approved by regulator for hedging forex and interest rate risk. Providing customized risk management solutions like INR (Indian Rupees) invoicing to MNCs having presence in Indian markets and Indian companies having presence in USA. Providing risk management solutions to funds such as Pension Funds, Private Equity Funds and Hedge Funds investing in India. Facilitating Foreign Direct Investments, Foreign portfolio investments and custodial services to Funds investing in India. Servicing the needs of banks and other financial institutions in the USA for deliverable and non-deliverable derivative contracts in USD/INR. Assisting customers with respect to regulatory guidelines, custom practices and maintaining adherence of local regulatory framework, internal bank's guidelines and Reserve Bank of India. Conducting knowledge sessions for clients on financial markets and various risk management instruments. Providing insights to clients on Indian economy and global economy along with the in-house treasury research team (at our Head Office in India). Responsible for completing client onboarding & derivative documentation, providing indicative pricing on derivative structures, concluding forex and derivative transactions on systems like Bloomberg & Reuters FXT and perform deal entry in Murex, a deal recording system. Assisting in branch liquidity management by raising funds through money market transactions.
