PowerSports Finance Manager - GSPS Marine (Gulf Shores, AL) GSPS Marine, a leading marine and powersports dealership on the Gulf Coast, is seeking a Powersports Finance Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in finalizing deals, securing financing, and ensuring a professional, efficient, and compliant sales process for our customers. Key Responsibilities Arrange and secure financing for customers purchasing boats, motors, trailers, and powersports vehicles. Establish and maintain relationships with lenders, banks, and credit unions. Prepare, review, and submit all finance and title paperwork accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Present and sell extended service contracts, GAP protection, and other dealer-offered F&I products. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Maintain knowledge of current lender programs, rates, and dealership incentives. Verify all required documentation for funding and maintain proper deal records. Uphold dealership standards for customer service and professionalism throughout every transaction. Qualifications Prior experience in finance management within the marine, automotive, RV, or powersports industry is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of lending practices, credit application processes, and compliance regulations. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership CRM/DMS systems.
