Job Description

PURPOSE:
The Finance & Insurance Manager supports the sales team by providing client financing and leasing options, customer loan origination and coordinating the financial transactions between sales consultants, clients and lenders. They also secure that each sale and that every vehicle sold is delivered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
: Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Collect relevant and required consumer contact data. Service all allocated sales inquiries in a prompt and effective fashion. Maintain a level of dialogue with all consumers that leave without purchasing. Provide Sales Management with a daily work plan. Maintain a familiarity with respective inventory. Demonstrate vehicles by doing walk-arounds, test drives and product overviews. Achieve a pre-determined level of Minimum Acceptance Performance (MAP) each calendar month. Assist clients by providing information, answering questions, obtaining vehicles requested by clients Look, act, sound and represent the company in a manner of professionalism. Collect and record customer names, residential and/or business and e-mail addresses, landline and mobile telephone numbers and scan driver's license in a non-intrusive fashion. Record all customer contacts in the current customer database. Ensure that all contracts (CIT) will be processed within 5 days. Protects gross profit by arranging financing so outside sources do not have an impact on selling margins. Establishes lender relations that tie the customer closer to the dealership. Generates additional income through selling items such as product protection packages, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage and maintenance plans. Protect and preserve the integrity of the company in the promotion and retailing of new and/or pre-owned motor vehicles through the process and guidelines as directed by management. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping credit and client information confidential. Attend sales meetings and training classes as directed by management. All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of automotive sales experience 3 years of automotive finance experience Hold current and valid driver license Has a AFIP Certification Must be able to work a fluctuating schedule six days per week Ability to plan and control Product knowledge; sales skills Must be able to multi-task Ability to collaborate with others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient knowledge of dealership's computer systems Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity Maintain a high level of professional personal appearance, grooming and conduct
