Accounting Manager / Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting Mobile, AL onsite Our client is seeking an accomplished Accounting Manager to join a highly respected organization and play a key role in the financial health and strategic decision-making of the business. This is an opportunity to lead critical accounting operations, strengthen financial reporting, and guide a talented team while partnering directly with senior leadership. Benefits & Extras Strong, collaborative team and excellent office environment Comprehensive benefits package Employer deeply invested in giving back to the local community Compensation $90,000-$110,000 (DOE) What You'll Be Doing Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Oversee financial statement preparation and quarterly board reporting Serve as the primary contact for the annual external audit Maintain strong internal controls and efficient accounting processes Analyze financial results, identify trends, and present insights to leadership Drive process improvements and adoption of accounting technology What You'll Need to be Considered 4+ years of accounting experience as it relates above Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Public accounting background CPA preferred Experience leading or managing accounting professionals Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with Power BI; proficiency in Excel and Outlook How To Apply We'd love to see your resume, but we don't need it to have a conversation.
