Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dealership Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue by offering tailored financial solutions and insurance products to our valued customers. Your expertise in customer relationship management, financial services, and negotiation will ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients while maximizing dealership profitability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the F&I department with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and presenting suitable finance and insurance options. Explain complex financial contracts clearly, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) disclosures, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Process loan applications efficiently using financial software, conducting credit analysis and title processing as needed. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service contracts, and gap insurance to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable financing arrangements while maintaining transparency. Assist customers through the loan approval process, including loan officer interactions, credit checks, and documentation review. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, contracts, and compliance documentation while adhering to federal regulations like TILA. Collaborate with sales teams to support sales efforts through effective customer service and product knowledge. Requirements Proven experience in dealership finance or insurance roles, with a strong background in financial services or loan processing. Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Knowledge of credit analysis, contracts, TILA regulations, and title processing procedures. Proficiency with financial software systems and basic math skills for accurate calculations and data entry (including 10 key typing). Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service. Previous experience as a loan officer or in sales is highly desirable. Strong understanding of dealership operations along with familiarity in deal structuring and credit approval processes.
