Joe Bullard Automotive is acquiring the Chevrolet and GMC dealership in Thomasville, Alabama, and we are assembling the team that will help build the future of the store. We are searching for a talented professional to join that leadership team as our Finance Manager. Traditional automotive finance experience is certainly valuable. But it is not the only background we will consider.WE ARE LOOKING FOR TALENT, CHARACTER AND THE ABILITY TO LEARN.
Maybe you are already an experienced automotive Finance Manager. Maybe you have worked in automotive sales and are ready for a career move. Maybe you have dealership experience but have never worked in finance. Or maybe your background is in banking, lending, insurance, financial services, or another regulated sales environment. The Finance Manager plays one of the most important roles in the customer's dealership experience. This position requires the ability to balance performance, customer service, accuracy, and compliance.Responsibilities include:
- Guide customers through available financing options
- Present available protection products professionally and transparently
- Work with banks and lending partners
- Help structure financing solutions
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation
- Ensure transactions meet applicable compliance requirements
- Work closely with the sales team to create an efficient customer experience
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the finance process
- Develop strong lender relationships
- Help minimize funding and documentation delays
- Achieve performance goals without sacrificing customer trust
- Learn and consistently execute Joe Bullard processes and standards
