Yates Automotive is a family-owned dealership group proudly serving the Arizona West Valley for over 40 years. As our organization continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Present finance, warranty, protection, and insurance products that best fit each customer's needs. Clearly explain the features, advantages, and benefits of available products and services. Prepare and process loan, title, registration, and related documentation accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, lender, and dealership regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and finance partners. Secure financing approvals while maximizing customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Maintain accurate deal documentation and funding timelines. Deliver a transparent, professional finance experience from start to finish. Generate repeat business and customer referrals through exceptional service. Achieve dealership production, profitability, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals. Protect the legal, financial, and ethical interests of both the customer and dealership. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous automotive Finance Manager or F&I experience is required. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender programs, compliance, and dealership operations. Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive sales and finance. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Strong negotiation and organizational abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Proficient computer and dealership software skills. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
