We develop, manufacture, and distribute the highest quality tissue allograft in the industry to accounts in the US and abroad. Our Work Environment Includes Modern office setting Food provided Growth opportunities Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 3-4 accounting staff members, overseeing daily task distribution, workflow execution, and performance quality. Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, general ledger operations, and routine bank andcredit reconciliations using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite ERP. Direct and execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes accurately while adhering to tight financial deadlines. Maintain the chart of accounts, post journal entries, and perform balance sheet reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) ledger balancing—strictly focused on core accounting workflows with zero direct customer order processing or sales account management. Independently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve accounting variances and financial discrepancies. Collaborate as a flexible team player with internal departments to streamline financial workflows and support external audit and tax preparation routines. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of hands-on, full-charge accounting/bookkeeping experience. Proven experience or strong aptitude for managing and leading 3-4 team members. Direct, required experience working with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite ERP. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Master's Degree in Accounting or related field is an advantage. Strong foundational knowledge of general ledger mechanics, double-entry bookkeeping, and standard accounting principles. Ability to work independently, self-direct complex accounting projects, and drive team progress under strict reporting deadlines. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a flexible, team-first mentality. Dedicated focus on backend financial accuracy, team supervision, and reporting (no sales or customer account management experience required).

$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
