Finance Manager- Automotive

Marshall Goldman Motor Sales, a nationally recognized leader in exotic and high-line luxury vehicles, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our elite team in our Beverly Hills office. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the world's most desirable automobiles in a fast-paced, professional, and performance-driven environment. Minimum of 3 years automotive dealership management experience required.

Position Overview:

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle financing and deal processing, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maximizing profitability and maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Structure and present finance and lease options to customers Secure financing through a network of banks and specialty lenders Offer and explain aftermarket products and protection plans Ensure accuracy and compliance in all finance and title documentation Work closely with sales management to close deals efficiently Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on programs Deliver a premium, concierge-level customer experience

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (luxury or exotic experience preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and regulations Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-expectation environment
