Duties Manage the end-to-end loan approval process, including credit analysis, loan structuring, and transaction processing using financial software such as CDK or similar platforms. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry to final financing. Conduct thorough client consultations to explain financing options, insurance products, and extended warranties, emphasizing upselling opportunities to enhance dealership revenue. Ensure strict adherence to all automotive sales industry regulations, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act), Title processing requirements, and compliance with financial regulatory standards. Collaborate with sales teams to structure deals that meet both customer needs and dealership profitability goals while negotiating terms that benefit all parties. Oversee loan documentation accuracy, including contracts, credit reports, and compliance paperwork, ensuring timely processing and approval. Stay informed about industry trends, financial regulations, and dealership policies to maintain best practices in automotive financing and insurance services. Qualifications Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in automotive finance management within a dealership environment. Strong knowledge of automotive sales industry regulations such as TILA, Title processing procedures, and financial compliance standards. Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in financial software systems like CDK or equivalent dealership management tools. Demonstrated ability in deal structuring, negotiation, upselling techniques, and credit analysis. Basic math skills including 10-key typing proficiency for accurate data entry and calculations. Familiarity with automotive sales processes, contracts, and regulatory compliance related to auto loans and insurance products. Industry knowledge of financial regulations governing automotive loans and leasing options.
