We are looking for an experienced Operations & Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee core financial activities while supporting day-to-day business operations in Carmel Valley, California. This role combines hands-on accounting leadership with operational coordination, making it ideal for someone who can balance accuracy, organization, and efficiency. Responsibilities:

Direct the month-end close process, ensuring financial data is finalized accurately and on schedule. Maintain the general ledger by reviewing transactions, recording adjustments, and preserving the integrity of accounting records. Prepare and post journal entries with careful attention to supporting documentation and compliance with accounting standards. Perform detailed account reconciliations to identify discrepancies, resolve variances, and keep balances current. Coordinate materials and responses required for financial statement audits, working closely with external partners as needed. Oversee payroll-related activities to support timely and accurate employee compensation processing. Manage operational workflows and administrative functions to improve efficiency across daily business activities.
