Develop and implement innovative sales strategies including outbound calls, cold calling campaigns, and B2B (business-to-business) outreach to expand the dealership's customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored automotive financing options. Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction; utilize persuasive communication skills to upsell high-end vehicles and add-on services. Manage the entire sales pipeline using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress; ensure accurate inventory management aligned with sales activities. Present vehicle features confidently through public speaking engagements or client meetings, enhancing customer engagement and trust. Oversee inventory control and retail math calculations to optimize stock levels and maximize profitability. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones. Support the dealership's overall sales support efforts by maintaining phone etiquette standards, client communication clarity, and effective deal closing techniques. Requirements Proven experience in automotive industry sales management or high-end retail sales with a strong record of achieving or surpassing sales targets. Demonstrated expertise in automotive financing options, deal negotiation, upselling, and closing high-value deals. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus), with an emphasis on client communication and public speaking. Experience in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and B2B outreach to expand market reach. Ability to build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service delivery and effective negotiation skills. Retail math knowledge combined with organizational skills necessary for inventory control and sales analysis.
