We're looking for a Finance Assistant/Funder to help our customers get the financing they need while supporting our finance team in smooth, efficient deal closings.

Responsibilities:

Process financing applications and collect required documentation. Prepare accurate finance contracts following dealership policies and California law. Work with banks, credit unions, and lenders to secure financing. Maintain accurate records of all finance deals and ensure timely funding. Provide excellent customer service and answer finance-related questions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in Finance/Business a plus). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Proficient with finance software and spreadsheets.
