Accounting Manager Salary:

Accounting Manager:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Maintain internal controls and support audit preparation
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies Qualifications for the
Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior accounting leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
