The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines insurance accounts, including home, auto, jewelry, art, boats, and flood policies.

Compensation Package Salary :

Competitive, ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience.

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Responsibilities Manage personal lines insurance accounts, including renewals, certificates, endorsements, policy changes, and marketing. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system. Collaborate with the Personal Lines Manager and team to ensure seamless account management.

Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications :

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Experience :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance agency setting. Experience with Farmers Insurance is a plus.

Technical Skills :

Familiarity with Applied Epic software is preferred but not mandatory.
