Job Summary The Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact between the Medical Revenue Cycle Management company and its healthcare clients while supporting the Revenue Cycle Manager in daily operations. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating service delivery, monitoring revenue cycle performance, resolving client concerns, and assisting with the direction and support of RCM staff. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the full Revenue Cycle Management process, including medical billing, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, collections, and accounts receivable follow-up. The Supervisor works closely with leadership, healthcare providers, and internal teams to improve financial outcomes, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve departmental goals. Leadership & Staff Support Assist the Revenue Cycle Manager with day-to-day department operations. Help coordinate, direct, and support billing, collections, payment posting, and A/R staff. Monitor workflow assignments and productivity to ensure timely completion of tasks. Provide guidance to team members regarding revenue cycle processes and issue resolution. Assist with staff training, onboarding, and implementation of department procedures. Support management in achieving operational and financial performance goals. Escalate operational concerns and client issues to leadership when necessary. Required Qualifications Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience required Thorough knowledge of: Medical Billing Claims Submission and Follow-Up Payment Posting Denial Management and Appeals Accounts Receivable Management Insurance Verification Healthcare Payer Guidelines and Regulations Experience supporting, coordinating, or leading staff in a healthcare or RCM environment preferred. Strong client service and communication skills. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, practice management software, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
Compensation Pay Range:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated Revenue Cycle Management expertise.
