full-time We are partnering with an innovative manufacturing organization seeking a finance manager/controller to lead financial operations and serve as a strategic partner to business leadership. This is a high-visibility role within a fast-paced, collaborative environment offering strong career growth potential. Position Overview Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Controller will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, manufacturing costing, financial reporting, and transactional accounting functions. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities Partner with operations and leadership to drive business performance and profitability Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory analysis, and operational finance processes Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Sales & Use Tax functions Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and finance system efficiencies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 7+ years of finance/accounting experience with strong manufacturing accounting experience Experience with standard costing, forecasting, and operational finance Prior leadership experience required Strong ERP systems experience preferred Why Join High-impact leadership opportunity Collaborative and innovative culture Strong visibility with executive leadership Excellent benefits, professional development, and career growth potential
