Job Description

Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half is partnering with a venture capital firm seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join its lean Finance team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys owning fund accounting in-house and wants broad exposure to the full fund lifecycle. What You'll DoOwn key areas of fund accounting and financial reporting across multiple VC funds.

Prepare capital statements, capital activity, and investor reporting.

Perform waterfall and carried interest calculations.

Support quarterly and year-end closes, audits, and tax-related deliverables.

Partner closely with the Controller, CFO, and Senior Accountant.

Ensure fund records and reporting are accurate, timely, and well maintained.

Work directly with leadership on ad hoc analysis and fund-related projects.

Coordinate time-sensitive reporting requests, including those involving international teams.
