The Enterprise Reconciliation COE Manager leads reconciliation and operational accounting activities across suspense, cash, and other transitory accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring timely reconciliations, resolving outstanding items, managing financial risk, and supporting a high-performing reconciliation team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee account reconciliations and resolution of complex reconciling items. Lead and manage daily activities of the reconciliation team. Monitor aging items and drive issue resolution and escalation. Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders. Support month-end and quarter-end close activities. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and ICFR standards. Drive process improvements, documentation, and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting, reconciliation, or financial operations experience. Prior leadership or team management experience. Strong knowledge of account reconciliations, operational accounting, and financial controls. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA or similar certification.
SOX/ICFR
compliance experience. Shared Services or Center of Excellence (COE) experience. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
