3 days in office We are working with a Big 4 firm that is actively hiring experienced Financial Due Diligence Managers and Senior Managers within its growing Deals practice. The primary need is at the Manager level , with multiple openings available. Responsibilities Lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients Analyze historical and projected financial performance, including quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, and other key transaction considerations Identify financial trends, risks, and deal issues and communicate findings to clients Manage engagements from planning through completion, including timelines, deliverables, and project teams Review financial analyses and client deliverables Work directly with senior client executives, investors, and other transaction advisors Manage, coach, and develop junior team members Support client relationships and practice development initiatives Qualifications 4+ years of relevant financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or accounting experience Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, and transaction-related analysis Experience managing engagements and client relationships Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA, CFA, MBA, or comparable credential preferred Ability to work in office 3 days per week The firm is primarily hiring at the Manager level , although qualified Senior Manager candidates will also be considered. This is an opportunity to join an established Big 4 Deals platform with significant transaction volume and exposure to both private equity and corporate clients.
