Job Summary The Senior General Ledger Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the Company's General Ledger accounting function, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies. This role oversees the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, technical accounting matters, SOX compliance, and accounting process improvements and automation to support a fast-growing public company environment.
Responsibilities:
Ownership of all GL functionalities Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, accruals, amortizations, allocations, and account reconciliations. Ensure compliance with
U.S. GAAP, SOX
controls, and company accounting policies. Own balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of reconciling items. Prepare account fluctuation analyses and provide insights into significant balance changes. Support external audits and financial reporting requirements. Manage AP, AR, and FA team and build a high-performing team capable of supporting a rapidly growing business. Drive remediation of control deficiencies and process gaps. Develop scalable accounting processes via Automation and AI usage to support company growth. Effective cross-functional partnership
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. 10+ years of accounting experience with public company exposure 5+ years of people management experience. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, account reconciliations, and internal controls. Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems. Proven leadership and process improvement experience.

Compensation Range:
At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent. The annual base salary range for this role is $154,710.00

00. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals-reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company s future growth and success.
