Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our U.S. branch. This role combines finance, human resources, and general administration to ensure efficient, compliant, and smooth business operations. The ideal candidate must be organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Process invoices, expenses, payments, and transactions in QuickBooks. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with monthly closing, reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Follow up on payments and ensure financial documentation is complete and organized. Human Resources Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file management. Assist with payroll processing, time tracking, PTO, and benefits administration. Maintain HR compliance and complete required employment documentation. Support daily HR administrative tasks for the U.S. team. Office Administration Manage daily office operations, supplies, vendors, and logistics. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Coordinate communication between the U.S. team and China headquarters. Prepare reports, documents, and administrative support for management. Ensure office efficiency and process improvement. Job Requirements 2+ years of experience in office management with finance, HR, and administration experience. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping (AP/AR). Familiarity with payroll, employee records, and HR administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent English communication skills. Authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Experience in cross-border e-commerce, retail, or logistics. Basic understanding of U.S. employment compliance and office operations.
