Chevrolet or GM experience is a plus, but your F&I fundamentals are what matter most.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Present and close finance, lease, and protection products using a consultative, menu-based approach that puts the guest's needs and clarity first Structure deals accurately and efficiently
  • balancing strong PVR with lender compliance and a guest experience that reflects Swickard's hospitality standard Manage lender relationships across a diverse GM and non-GM lending portfolio
  • ensuring deal flow, funding speed, and lender mix are optimized Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulatory requirements
  • Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and applicable California-specific requirements Partner with the sales team to ensure clean deal handoffs and a seamless transition from the floor to the finance office Maintain deal documentation to the highest standard
  • every deal fundable, every file complete Achieve penetration and PVR targets across VSC, GAP, maintenance, and appearance products Support the development of Brand Specialists' product knowledge and F&I referral habits
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership
  • required. Brand background is open
  • import, luxury, and domestic F&I experience all welcome Chevrolet or GM brand experience a plus
  • familiarity with GM Financial programs and lender relationships is an advantage, not a requirement Proven PVR performance and consistent product penetration across a full menu Strong knowledge of lender programs, finance and lease structures, and compliance requirements
  • including California-specific regulations Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred High integrity and zero tolerance for compliance shortcuts
  • clean deals, clean files, every time Clear, professional communicator
  • able to walk a first-time buyer and a repeat Chevy owner through the finance office with equal confidence and care Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
