Description Are you an experienced accounting leader who enjoys building efficient processes, developing teams, and bringing structure to a growing, multi-entity organization? We are partnering with a high-growth, multinational manufacturer to identify a Senior Accounting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a broad accounting function while helping shape and standardize processes across multiple entities. The Opportunity As the Senior Accounting Manager, you will lead the shared services accounting function, overseeing AP, AR, general ledger, intercompany accounting, and financial close activities. You'll play a key role in improving processes, driving efficiency, and partnering cross-functionally across the organization. What You'll Do

+ Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team

+ Oversee month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries

+ Ensure the integrity of the general ledger and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

+ Oversee AP, AR, and intercompany accounting across multiple entities

+ Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization

+ Partner with internal and external auditors on audits and compliance

+ Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and integrations

+ Mentor and develop accounting professionals while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture Requirements What We're Looking For

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field + 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

+ At least 3 years of management or leadership experience

+ Experience in a shared services and multi-entity environment strongly preferred

+ Strong technical accounting and US GAAP knowledge

+ Experience working with ERP systems and Excel

+ CPA strongly preferred
