Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs comprising multiple interdependent projects. The role requires strong leadership in program governance, financial oversight, stakeholder management, and risk control, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end program delivery across multiple interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities. Establish and govern program‑level planning, milestones, dependencies, and execution frameworks across workstreams. Provide financial oversight, including program budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and contractual commitments. Lead cross‑functional stakeholder engagement across business, IT, vendors, and compliance teams to drive alignment and informed decision‑making. Proactively identify and manage program‑level risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Drive program governance and reporting, define standards, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with enterprise processes and controls. Enable continuous improvement through performance tracking, lessons learned, and process optimization. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience managing large, complex programs with multiple concurrent and interdependent projects. Strong expertise in program governance, planning, and execution. Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams. Strong ability to manage program‑level risks, dependencies, and escalations. Experience working with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams. Good to Have (Not Mandatory) Domain experience in Auto Finance / Captive Finance (e.g., loan origination, servicing, leasing, dealer finance, credit, collections). Exposure to financial services or regulated environments. Experience managing multi‑vendor or third‑party delivery programs.
