This role involves managing daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial accounting, accounting systems, and technical accounting, along with the ability to lead and manage accounting teams. This position requires initiative in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, working overtime when necessary, and taking full responsibility for all financial tasks. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data. Maintain and optimize accounting systems to support efficient financial operations. Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and ensuring team productivity. Prepare detailed financial reports for management review, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Utilize spreadsheets effectively for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting purposes. Apply technical accounting principles to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Ensure adherence to financial compliance requirements across all processes. Take initiative in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including processing invoices, payments, and collections. Be willing to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines or resolve urgent issues. Take full responsibility for the accuracy of all financial records and reporting tasks. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Proven experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role with managerial responsibilities. Strong knowledge of accounting systems and technical accounting standards. Excellent proficiency in spreadsheets and financial analysis tools. Ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated initiative in handling AP/AR processes independently. Willingness to work overtime when required and take full responsibility for assigned tasks. Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and management effectively.
