You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and project installation/service. Leading and mentoring a team of commercial finance professionals, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives. In this role, you will analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business growth and profitability. You will work with technology and be encouraged to think creatively to solve complex financial challenges and be a change leader for the division's FP&A function. As a senior leader, you will also prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, contributing to informed decision-making. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Finance of Honeywell Sundyne and you'll work On-site out of our Arvada, CO location. YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive finance roles including FP&A experience. Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills. Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in financial systems and modern tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all financial activities adhere to local and international regulations and standards. Keep the company up to date with evolving financial laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance across the team. Lead, develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes. These models should enable scenario analysis and assist in long-term strategic planning. Monitor and optimize the company's cash flow, ensuring that it is sufficient for daily operations and strategic investments. Implement cost control measures across the organization to drive efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures. Oversee financial systems and tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and security. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with IT teams to implement improvements. Collaborate cross functionally with teams to communicate financial performance and strategies to business leadership and report identified cost-saving opportunities. Be prepared to navigate financial crises or unexpected economic challenges by developing contingency plans and strategies to ensure business continuity and financial stability.
